The hotel has a convenient location and decent appearance. the rooms are simple and modest, yet clean and comfortable. the hotel offers several facilities, such as a fitness center and restaurant, which are convenient for most travelers. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is tasty and varied.
The room service could be improved, as the guests had to wait long for simple requests like drinking water.

My New Year experience at a hotel was great! Loved the spacious and comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The room was stocked with everything I needed and the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the great location as it was very close to many local attractions and restaurants. One of the best advantages was the free breakfast and Wi-Fi, which was a great way to start my day.
While the amenities were impressive, the hotel staff could have been more responsive and efficient. It took them a while to respond to my requests and sometimes they were unable to deliver.
